A graduate from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Mike brings to Bayview Environmental Services over Eighteen years of experience in the environmental contracting field.

Prior to Bayview Environmental Services, Mike was Executive Vice President and General Manager of a publicly traded Environmental Company. Responsible for Sales, Operations and Support Service Departments of their Northern California branch, Mike also was their Chief Estimator and reviewed all of the company’s large projects.

Mr. Christie has completed interior demolition and asbestos abatement of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial buildings throughout the Western United States.

Early in his career, Mr. Christie marketed chemicals, polymers, cryogenic liquids, and specialty gases for Union Oil Company and Liquid Carbonic Corporation. He is a certified Hazardous Material Handler and experienced in toxic materials.

With over twenty Five years of experience in the asbestos industry, Marvin brings a wealth of knowledge to Bayview Environmental Services. He has successfully estimated and managed hundreds of projects for building owners in both Southern and Northern California. His years of experience installing specialty asbestos products has given him a unique and strong ability for investigating many types of asbestos projects. His reputation throughout the industry is widespread.

At the University of Washington, he received certification for the safe removal of asbestos from buildings. In addition, he is also certified by Professional Service Industries as an asbestos removal supervisor.

Prior to Bayview Environmental Services, Mr. Henderson was Vice President of a publicly traded Environmental Company’s Southern California abatement division. Marvin’s responsibilities were Estimating, Sales and Operations Management.

Rick is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a Master of Business Administration, and California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting. He holds a license with the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). While practicing as a CPA, eighty percent of his client base was represented by construction related companies. In addition, Mr. Cleveland was involved in consulting insurance companies regarding large bonding claims of construction companies.

For eight years, Rick was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a Publicly Traded Environmental Company. He was responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Insurance and Bonding programs.

With over twenty years of experience in the Asbestos Abatement Field, Jay has successfully managed countless projects throughout California, Nevada and Puerto Rico. Jay brings to Bayview Environmental his valuable skills in managing multi-phase, large scale projects, from Commercial High Rise interior demolition/abatement projects, to Industrial Refinery/Power Plant abatement projects. Jay oversees all of his projects from the bidding process, to the completion of the project in all aspects, including Operations, Air Monitoring Controls, Workers Safety, Hazardous Waste Disposal, as well as compliance with Federal and State Regulations.

Jay has an EPA accreditation in Project Design, Inspection and Assessment, and Management Planner in the Asbestos field.

With over twenty years experience in asbestos abatement and construction management, Dave brings to Bayview Environmental Services his valuable skills in project estimating, project design and planning. Specializing in large multi-phase projects, Dave oversees all his projects from the bidding process, to the completion of the project in all aspects, including operations, air monitoring control, workers’ safety, hazardous waste disposal, as well as compliance with Federal and State Regulatory Laws.

Mr. Davis received his certification as a Hazardous Materials Handler from the University of California at Berkeley. He is also certified in Mold Remediation and as a NADCA Air System Cleaning Specialist.

Wayne has joined Bayview with over fourteen years of environmental services experience in California including project management, estimating, transportation, field services, emergency response, and a variety of other specialized applications.

Wayne is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing/Management. In addition, Wayne also has certifications in Rail and Bulk Chemicals from the California Specialized Training Institute, Hazardous Materials First Responder, Confined Space Rescue, and Hazardous Materials Characterization and Identification. Wayne is responsible for the estimating, contracting, and project management for jobs involving environmental services.

With over fourteen years of experience in construction industry as a Tradesman/ Forman, Martin brings Bayview Environmental Services his skills in organizing projects and project estimating. Martin oversees all of his projects from the bidding process, to the completion of the project in all aspects, including operations, Air monitoring controls, Workers Safety and Hazardous Waste Disposal.

Martin has received his AHERA Contractor Supervisor per 40 CFR 763 in the Asbestos field.
